Exchange Policy

 

1. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

2. We are committed to making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

3. All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

4. ALL ITEMS IN THE SALE SECTION ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE, PLEASE BE SURE OF SIZE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

5. All the purchases will be non-refundable.

6. WE STRICTLY DO NOT DO RETURNS & REFUNDS. ONLY EXCHANGE WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE OR GARMENT ONCE PER ORDER.

7. We don’t have a reverse pick-up facility. Please send your product back to the address below for exchange.

 

Cancellations by customer

 

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us atinfo.zelxafashion@gmail.com . We appreciate it if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the full amount (in case of pre-paid order).

The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by zexa texa and accepts zexa texa decision regarding the cancellation.

 

Refund

 

Note: Refund is not applicable to any dresses purchased at zexa texa in any case. If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece. Please use a pocket-friendly courier service to send the product back.

 

Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description before ordering.

10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

Any product that needs to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pick-ups & the second round of shipping is paid by us. 

 

All the sales & discounted purchase is non-exchangeable.

Exchanges can be processed only once per order. (With given criteria)

(Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery)
